车门难关问题研究与优化
Research and Optimization of Door Closing Difficulty Problem
【摘要】 介绍了车门难关的影响因素及其占比,并重点介绍了车门重力提供能量和空气阻力消耗能量的计算方法。对某C级轿车的车门难关问题进行了问题调查、影响因素分析、原因分析,找出了车门难关的原因是空气阻力大、限位器消耗能量大。针对上述原因,制定了相关零部件泄压阀、限位器的优化方案并验证有效,解决了C级轿车车门难关的问题。对车门难关问题的解决和关门力设计有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the influencing factors and the proportion of door closing difficulty problem,and focuses on the calculation methods of energy provided by door gravity and energy consumed by air resistance. Based on the problem investigation,influencing factor analysis and cause analysis of the door closing difficulty problem of the C-class car,it is found out that the causes are high air resistance and high energy consumption of checker. In view of the above reasons, the optimization scheme of ventilation port and checker for relevant parts was formulated and verified to be effective, thus solved the door closing difficulty problem of C-class car doors. It has certain guiding significance to solve the door closing difficulty problem and to design the closing force.
