【摘要】 目的研究南方汉族HLA-DQA1基因与糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性。方法实验组收集60名临床诊断为糖尿病视网膜病变(DRP)患者的血样,对照组为52名健康的志愿捐血者血样,采用rSSOHLA流式磁珠分型并辅以PCR-SSP方法进行HLA-DQA1基因定型,统计实验组和对照组HLA-DQA1的基因频率,采用Woolf法计算相对危险度值。结果在糖尿病视网膜病变的实验组和对照组中,均检出了10种DQA1等位基因,检出的等位基因频率最高的为DQA1*0102;实验组DQA1*0501的基因频率显著高于正常对照组,计算RR值为2.73。结论南方汉族中DQA1*0501的基因可能为DRP的易感性标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation of diabetic retinopathy(DR) with HLA- DQA1alleles in southern Chinese Han population. Methods A total of 60 peripheral blood samples from patients with diabetic retinopathy and 52 control samples from healthy volun- teer blood donors were collected in this study, the genomic DNA for each sample was geno- typed at HLA-DQA1 locus by luminex flow array assay and PCR-SSP method. The allele frequencies of the DRP group were compared with the frequencies of healthy control group, the relative risk (RR) value was calculated according to Woolf method. Results Ten HLA- DQA1 alleles were detected both in the DRP group and the control group, the most common allele was DQA1*0102 in DRP and the control group. However, the frequency of DQA1*0501 in DR group was significantly higher than that in the control group, RR=2.73. Conclusion The allele DQA1*0501 may be considered as a DR rsik and susceptibility in southern Chi- nese Han population.更多还原
