【Abstract】 Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection, stable quality and high construction efficiency, which are vigorously promoted by the state. However, the development of prefabricated buildings is slow due to the constraints of high investment cost and immature technology. How to optimize the cost management of prefabricated construction project has become the primary problem in the industrialization of construction industry. This paper analyzes the problems faced by the cost management of prefabricated construction projects, and expounds the cost management measures in detail from each stage by using the whole process cost management concept, in order to reduce the cost and speed up the return of funds, so as to maximize the project profit.更多还原
