【Abstract】 Amisulpride is a specific D₂/D₃ acceptor antagonist,which can be used to cure the positive and negative symptom of the acute or chronic schizophrenia.2-Methoxy- 4-amino-5-ethylsulphonyl benzoic acid is an important intermediate for synthesizing amisulpride.Four methods for synthesizing 2-methoxy-4-amino-5-ethylsulphonyl benzoic acid are introduced in this paper,and their applications in synthesis of amisulpride are studied.更多还原
