八乙烯基多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷及其环氧化物的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Octavinylsilsesquioxane and Its Epoxide
【摘要】 以乙烯基三氯硅烷(VTCS)为原料,在无催化剂的条件下合成了高纯度的八乙烯基多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷(OVS)。研究了反应温度和投料比对收率的影响,得到的最佳反应条件为:V(VTCS)∶V(H2O)∶V(丙酮)=2∶7∶20,40℃下反应72 h,收率可达63.1%。而后,又以过氧乙酸为氧化剂,制备了带有环氧基团的多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷分子(EOVS),并可通过反应温度控制其环氧值。产品的结构用FTIR、NMR和质谱进行了表征。
【Abstract】 High pure polyhedral octavinylsilsesquioxane(OVS)was prepared using vinyltrichlorosilane(VTCS) as raw material without catalyst.The optimal reaction conditions were shown to be V(VTCS)∶V(H2O)∶V(acetone)=2∶7∶20,40 ℃ and 72 h.Then peracetic acid was employed as oxidant to prepare POSS-epoxide and the epoxy value can be controlled by reaction temperature.The products were characterized by means of FTIR,NMR and MS.
