高速硬态切削参数影响的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on Effect of Cutting Parameters in High-Speed Hard Cutting
【摘要】 研究了切屑分离、刀屑摩擦等关键技术,建立了轴承钢GCr15高速切削的有限元模型。根据实际切削加工状况选择适当的切削参数,建立了正交试验表,利用有限元软件进行了有限元模拟,研究了刀具负前角和切削参数对切削力、温度、应力应变等的影响程度和趋势。该有限元模型可以用于分析切削参数对切削过程的影响,为下一步参数优化研究奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The finite element model was build in high speed cutting bearing steel GCr15, the key technologies such as chip septated and interface frition were studied. Choosing the appropriate cutting parameters according to the actual machining situation, the orthogonal test sheet was built. This paper analyses the influence and tendency of negative rake and cutting parameters in cutting force, temperature, stress and strain by finite element method. This FEM model could be used to analyse the influence and tendency of cutting parameters, and to research the optimization of cutting parameters.
