船用锅炉下方船体加强结构强度评估
Strength Evaluation of Boiler Support Structure of Hull
【摘要】 为确保船用锅炉能在复杂的海况下安全使用,对锅炉下方的船体加强结构进行强度分析。以3D梁系计算软件为工具,对某好望角型散货船锅炉下方的船体加强结构进行强度校核并给出优化方案,为处理类似的设计问题提供参考。通过计算得到船体加强结构的变形和应力情况,满足船级社规范的要求;算例中远离锅炉处的梁应力较小,在进行结构优化设计时,除了注意满足应力要求以外,还应考虑结构变形对锅炉设备正常运行的影响。
【Abstract】 A 3 D beam analysis software is used to evaluate the strength of the reinforcement structure supporting boilers on a Capesize bulk carrier. The deformation of the structure is checked and the stresses are calculated. The calculation results meet the demands of common structure rules for ships and the practical suggestions are made to optimize the beam structure to ensure proper operation of the boiler.
