进动分解在复合故障转子动平衡中的应用
Application of Precession Decomposition in Compound Fault Rotor Dynamic Balancing
【摘要】 实际现场机组振动大时,往往不是由单一故障引起的。在复合故障存在情况下,确定不平衡故障及其严重程度是一个难点,在对转子进行动平衡过程中,由于受到如松动、碰摩等非平衡故障因素的影响,往往需要多次重复平衡,以达到减振的目的。通过对正、反进动分解的分析,以及复合故障情况下不同故障对正、反进动的影响研究,得出正进动分量的大小是衡量不平衡的重要指标。提出一种在复合故障存在情况下的动平衡改进方法:将正进动分量作为动平衡的平衡目标,用进动比的变化作为衡量现场动平衡的终止条件。实验证明:改进方法可以有效识别非平衡故障,平衡终止条件可用。
【Abstract】 When the machine has the huge vibration,usually not only one fault causes it. In compound fault,it is difficult to confirm unbalance fault and its seriousness. In process to rotor dynamic balancing,usually uses more and repeatedly balancing to decrease thevibration because of theeffect of the loose fault and the rubbing fault or another fault. Based on forward and backward precession,and the researchof different fault to forward and backward precession in compound fault,it can reach a decision that the size of forward precession is the important data to measure dynamic balancing. Putting forward an improve dynamic balancing method in compound fault: using forward precession as the dynamic balancing objective,and the change of the ratio of backward and forward precession as the end condition of dynamic balancing. The test results showed that the modified method could discern the unbalance fault and the end condition was available.
