【Abstract】 Diplomatic privileges and immunities are an important part of modern international law.However,in practice,events of infringing upon diplomatic privileges and immunities have occurred now and then.The acts have not only damaged relations between the countries,but also have undermined the international community peace and stability.Infringement upon diplomatic privileges and immunities is an international crime.It is also the regulating object of international criminal law and it applies to the principle of universal jurisdiction.The acts of infringement upon diplomatic privileges and immunities have caused international responsibility of the relevant states.For the victimized countries,to investigate responsibilities of the relevant states and persons from the perspective of international law is an important relief means.更多还原
