污泥连续深度脱水智能加药系统的设计和应用
Design and application of intelligent dosing system for continuous deep dewatering of sludge
【摘要】 在污水处理厂中,污泥深度脱水系统的主要运行成本为药剂消耗。为了降低该运行成本,分析污泥处理处置项目中高压带式连续深度脱水加药系统,设计智能加药控制系统并应用于实际项目运行中。结果表明,智能化加药系统的应用降低了固化剂的添加量,2023年11月~2024年1月与2022年11月~2023年1月相比分别下降34.73%、46.86%和39.14%,有效降低了运行成本,减少了碳排放量。
【Abstract】 In sewage treatment plants, the main operating cost of sludge deep dewatering system is reagent consumption.In order to reduce the operation cost, the high pressure belt continuous deep dewatering dosing system in sludge treatment and disposal project was analyzed, and the intelligent dosing control system was designed and applied to the actual project operation. The results showed that the application of the intelligent dosing system reduced the amount of curing agent added, which decreased by 34.73%, 46.86% and 39.14% from November 2023 to January 2024 compared with November 2022 to January 2023, respectively, effectively reducing the operating cost and carbon emissions.
