【摘要】 目的:探讨在功能神经性外科患者中,手术麻醉应用右美托咪啶的效果。方法:选取我院功能神经性外科的58例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。患者采用相同的麻醉方案,手术完成前对照组注射生理盐水,观察组注射右美托咪啶。观察两组患者在唤醒期的心率血压指标,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者在唤醒期的心率、收缩压、舒张压指标均优于对照组,不良反应发生率(6.9%)低于对照组(27.6%)。P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对于功能神经性外科患者而言,手术麻醉中应用右美托咪啶能够减轻苏醒期的应激反应,稳定生命体征,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of application of dexmedetomidine in the anesthetic management of functional neurosurgery procedures.Methods:Randomly divided 58 cases of functional neurosurgery patiens in my hospital into control group and contrast group.Anesthesia for all patients with the same scheme,for the control group was injected with saline before the end of the operation,the cotrast group was injected with dexmedetomidine.Detected parameters of heart rate and circulatory systems in adittion adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The parameters of heart rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were better than the control group.As well as the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the contrast group(6.9%)is lower than it is in the contrast group(27.6%).There is significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:Application of dexmedetomidine in the anesthetic management of functional neurosurgery can relieve the stress in recovery period,stablish the vital signs and reduce the adverse reactions for the functional neurosurgery patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
