【摘要】 目的 探究护理专案联合共情护理对老年患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的影响。方法 便利选取2021年7月—2023年7月临沂市中医医院收治的96例行结肠镜检查的老年患者为研究对象，采用Excel表格法均分为研究组、基础组，各48例。基础组行一般护理，研究组加用护理专案联合共情护理。比较两组的心理状态、肠道准备情况、依从性。结果 护理前，两组心理状态评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，研究组心理状态评分低于基础组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组肠道准备情况优于基础组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组依从率为97.92%，高于基础组的85.42%，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=4.909,P<0.05）。结论 护理专案联合共情护理能够改善老年结肠镜检查患者的心理状态，提高肠道准备情况及依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nursing specialization program combined with empathic nursing on bowel preparation before colonoscopy in elderly patients. Methods A total of 96 elderly patients undergoing colonoscopy admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects, and were divided into study group and basic group by Excel table method, with 48 cases in each group. The basic group received general nursing care, and the study group received nursing care combined with empathic nursing care. The psychological state, intestinal readiness and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in psychological status scores between the two groups(P>0.05); after nursing, the psychological status score of the study group was lower than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The intestinal preparation of the study group was better than that of the basic group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The compliance in the study group was 97.92%, which was higher than 85.42% in the basic group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.909, P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing specialization program combined with empathic nursing can improve the psychological state of elderly colonoscopy patients, improve bowel preparation and compliance.更多还原
