2-氨基乙脒化二溴化氢盐的制备
Synthesis of 2-amino-acetamidine dihydrobromide
【摘要】 采用叔丁氧羰基(BOC)对2-氨基乙腈的氨基进行保护,在氨气的甲醇溶剂中催化形成脒,最后用无水溴化氢脱保护得到最终产物2-氨基乙脒化二溴化氢盐,经核磁鉴定为目标产物。
【Abstract】 Treatment of 2-aminoacetonitrile with di-tert-butyldicarbonate gave N-BOC-2-aminoacetonitrile,which was then catalyzed in the presence of ammonia and methanol to form amidine.The resultant 2-amino-acetamidine dihydrobromide was obtained after removal of the block groups with anhydrous hydrobromide.Its structure was verified by 1HNMR.
