核级锆合金光谱标准样品的研制

【摘要】 介绍核级锆合金光谱标准样品的研制方法。经核级海绵锆制备、三次真空自耗电弧炉熔炼、锻造等工艺,制备出核级锆合金光谱标准样品。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法等测试方法对制备的标准样品进行均匀性、稳定性检验。采用联合定值的方式对核级锆合金标准样品进行定值,并对定值结果的不确定度进行评定确定了该标准样品中Cr、Al、Fe、Ni 4种元素质量分数标准值,质量分数分别为0.008 9%~0.010 9%,0.0 022%~0.003 6%,0.052 3%~0.056 1%,0.000 09%~0.000 19%。该标准样品成分均匀、稳定性好,定值结果准确,可用于锆合金中合金及杂质元素分析检测。

【Abstract】 The development of spectral reference material of nuclear grade zirconium alloys was introduced. Spectroscopic reference material of nuclear grade zirconium alloys was prepared by the process of nuclear grade sponge zirconium preparation, three times vacuum consumable arc furnace melting and forging. The uniformity and stability of the prepared reference material were tested by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, spectrophotometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the uncertainty of the fixed value was evaluated. The reference material of nuclear grade zirconium alloy was determined by a joint setting method, and the standard mass fraction values of Cr,Al,Fe and Ni were determined. The mass fraction values were 0.008 9%-0.010 9%,0.0 022%-0.003 6%, 0.052 3%-0.056 1%, 0.000 09%-0.000 19%, respectively. The reference material has the advantages of uniform composition,good stability and accurate value, which can be used for the analysis and detection of alloy and impurity elements in zirconium alloy.
