【摘要】 泉州旅游业在塑造和发展"海上丝绸之路文化休闲"(以下简称"海丝旅游")品牌过程中,旅游景区厕所建设是不容忽视的一部分。通过对代表性的"海丝旅游"景区的田野调查同时结合对泉州地陪导游的深度访谈,发现泉州"海丝旅游"景区厕所存在位置和布局不合理、功能化和人性化缺失且维护质量差等问题。解决这些问题,应该以双因素理论为指导,通过自查和他评,确定"满意因素"和"不满意因素",同时遵照时间管理的四象限法则,确定"海丝旅游"景区厕所整改问题的"轻重缓急",最后实现泉州"海丝旅游"景区厕所建设水平和泉州旅游业发展水平基本同步。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the process of the building and developing of Maritime Silk Road Tourism,the construction of tourism toilet shouldn’t be ignored. Through field investigation of representative Maritime Silk Road Tourism attractions,it is found that the location is not rational and the function as well as humanity doesn’t work well. To solve these problems,self-inspection and preceptor-evaluation under the guidance of the hygiene-motivational factors is suggested. Besides,Time management quadrant method to define the priorities is also suitable for solving the problems and promoting the development of toilets of Quanzhou tourism.更多还原
