磁湖叶绿素a和氮、磷的分布特征与富营养化评价
Evaluation of Eutrophication and Spatial Distribution of Chlorophyll-a,Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Cihu Lake
【摘要】 对黄石市磁湖的10个不同水域监测了叶绿素a和总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的含量,并分析了3个指标之间的相关性,初步评价了磁湖的富营养化状况。结果表明,磁湖叶绿素a含量较高,氮污染较为严重;相关性分析显示叶绿素a与TP呈显著负相关,与TN没有显著的相关性。按照叶绿素a的含量判定磁湖属于轻度富营养化状态,但按照综合营养状态指数评价磁湖已达到中度富营养化状态。为进一步评价磁湖的富营养化状态及水环境整治和恢复提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 The correlation between chlorophyll- a and other environmental factors were analyzed,based on the monitoring data in Cihu Lake from autumn to winter in 2013,and comprehensive trophic state index was also used to assess the water quality of Cihu Lake. The results showed that the TP and chlorophyll- a were significant negative correlation,and there was no significant correlation between chlorophyll a and TN. It is moderate eutrophication the eutrophication status in Cihu Lake is mild against the estimation of chlorophyll- a,whereas according to comprehensive trophic state index.
