【摘要】 为探究中耕次数对姜黄产量及品质的影响,通过随机区组实验研究了不同中耕次数的姜黄的生长、产量和品质的差异。结果表明,每周1次中耕处理的姜黄保苗率、株高、每株丛地上植株个数、茎粗、嫩叶数、最长叶长、最长叶宽和产量均高于或大于隔周1次中耕处理和共进行3次中耕处理;每周1次中耕处理的姜黄的总黄酮的含量显著高于隔周1次中耕处理,但不同处理姜黄的姜黄素含量没有显著差异,说明每周1次中耕可促进姜黄的生长,提高根茎产量,有效改善根茎的品质。更多还原

【Abstract】 A random block experiment was undertaken to reveal change of growth situation, yield and quality of turmeric under different number of tillage, and to provide a theoretical foundation for field management during turmeric cultivation.The results showed that the rate of turmeric seedlings, plant height, number of plants per plant, stem diameter, number of young leaves, longest leaf length, longest leaf width and yield under tillage once a week were the highest.Three times tillage treatment in this study had no significant effect on the curcumin content of turmeric, and the total flavonoid content of turmeric under tillage once a week was significantly higher than that of turmeric under tillage every other week. In summary,tillage can promote the growth of turmeric, increase the yield of rhizomes, and effectively improve the quality of rhizomes.更多还原
