玄武岩短纤维增强聚甲醛复合材料的力学性能和摩擦学性能

【摘要】 以聚甲醛(POM)为基体、玄武岩短纤维(BF)为增强材料,通过熔融共混、注塑成型制备了BF/POM复合材料,研究了BF的添加量、长度对复合材料的力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜观察分析了复合材料的断面形貌和磨痕表面形貌。研究结果表明,BF的加入能有效改善复合材料的力学性能;在一定范围内,复合材料的力学性能会随BF添加量和长度的增加而提高,但增加到一定程度后其力学性能趋于稳定;BF的加入使复合材料的磨损量和摩擦系数都会增加,从而对其摩擦学性能产生不利影响。

【Abstract】 Short basalt fiber(BF)-reinforced polyoxymethylene(POM)composites were prepared by melt blending and injection molding technique.The impact of the basalt fibers’ amount and length on the mechanical and tribological properties of the composites was studied.The cross section and worn surface morphology of the composites have been observed and analyzed using a scanning electron microscope(SEM).It was found that the mechanical performance of the composites will be improved by the addition of the BF.Within a certain range,the mechanical properties of composites with BF increases with the increase of the adding amount and length,but with an increase to a certain degree,the mechanical performance tends to be stable.The join of BF will make the erosion rate and the friction coefficient of composite be increased,and put an adverse effect on the tribological properties of the composites.
