大型合成氨及甲醇厂制冷方式的选择

【摘要】 简要介绍了大型合成氨及甲醇厂氨吸收制冷工艺与压缩制冷工艺,并对液氨与丙烯两种制冷剂的使用状况进行了比较,氨吸收制冷由于氨水的存在易引起设备腐蚀,但可以有效利用低压蒸汽以节能降耗,氨压缩制冷系统虽整体投资较高,但运行平稳易操作,应根据不同项目情况具体分析选择。

【Abstract】 Ammonia absorption refrigeration and compression refrigeration technology for large ammonia plant and methanol plant are introduced,two kinds of refrigerants,such as liquid ammonia and propene are compared. Equipments are apt to be corroded due to the existence of ammonia water in ammonia absorption refrigeration process,but low pressure steam can be effectively applied to save energy. Though overall cost of ammonia compression refrigeration system is high,the system operates easily steadily. The two technologies should be analyzed and selected according to particular case of different projects.
