【摘要】 目的设计舒适、方便、适合造口患者佩戴的带式造口旁疝腹带及裤式造口旁疝腹带,并观察其临床使用效果。方法将80例经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,观察组术后2周内佩戴自制带式造口旁疝腹带,术后2周开始佩戴自制裤式造口旁疝腹带,对照组一直佩戴带式造口旁疝腹带。观察两组患者腹带的移位情况,记录坚持佩戴2年的例数、腹部坠胀感和造口旁疝的发生数。结果术后2年内观察组腹带移位情况显著低于对照组,坚持佩戴2年的例数显著高于对照组,腹部坠胀感显著低于对照组,造口旁疝的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论裤式造口旁疝腹带更适合于术后康复期的造口患者,佩戴舒适,患者术后能坚持佩戴疝腹带,可预防造口旁疝的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To design comfortable and convenient abdominal belts for ostomy care.Methods Eighty patients with rectal cancer receiving abdominal perineal resection surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group wore a home-made belt-like abdominal device for parastomal hernia care within two weeks after the surgery and a under pants-like abdominal device two weeks later,while their counterparts in the control group only wore belt-like abdominal device.Displacement of abdominal device,the number of patients wearing the device for two years,feeling of abdominal bulge,and incidence of parastomal hernia were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had fewer displacement of device,more patients wearing the device,milder abdominal bulge,and lower rate of parastomal hernia within two years after the surgery comparing to the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Underpants-like abdominal device for ostomy patients is more comfortable for long-time wearing and can prevent parastomal hernia.更多还原
