关防风中残留有机氯农药提取测定方法优化研究
Study on optimization of extraction and detection method for residual organochlorine pesticides in Saposhnikovia divaricata
【摘要】 为研究东北产地道药材关防风的有机氯农药残留现状,通过筛选提取溶剂、对比提取方法、选用L9(34)正交设计表优化提取条件,选择最佳净化方法,调整升温程序和载气流速确定最佳气相色谱条件,对关防风中6种有机氯农药的残留量进行分析研究.结果表明用丙酮和二氯甲烷的混合溶剂作为提取剂,通过超声波进行提取和浓硫酸磺化法进行净化,制备供试品溶液.该分析方法适用于能耐受强酸的有机氯农药,符合农药残留分析的要求,该方法简便快速,可以为其他中草药中有机氯农药残留量检测提供参考.
【Abstract】 To study on the status of organochlorine pesticide residues in northeast authentic medicinal herbs Saposhnikovia divaricata. The extraction conditions were optimized by screening extraction solvent,extraction method and orthogonal design. The residual amount of six kinds of organochlorine pesticides in Saposhnikovia divaricata was analyzed through choosing the best way to clean up,adjusting the temperature rise procedure and the carrier gas flow rate to determine the optimum chromatographic conditions. The results showed a mixed solvent of acetone and methylene chloride were used as extraction agent,by ultrasonic extraction and concentrated sulfuric acid sulfonation method for purification to prepare the test solution. The analysis method is suitable for strong acid tolerance,and meets the requirements of pesticide residue analysis. This method was simple and rapid. It could provide reference for the detection of organic chlorine and other pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.
