硝化菌的筛选、鉴定及其固定化颗粒的氨氮去除效能

【摘要】 为探讨氨氮微污染地表水的生物强化脱氮技术,从地表水中筛选分离得到一种硝化菌优势菌株,对其进行16SrDNA鉴定,考察了不同固定化方法条件下其对氨氮处理的效果。结果表明,从氨氮微污染地表水中筛选分离的硝化菌优势菌株为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.),采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)材料能够有效实现硝化菌株的固定化。PVA固定化硝化菌颗粒对微污染地表水中氨氮的去除率达87.2%,处理后水中残余氨氮浓度低于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅱ类水体氨氮限值。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the bioaugmentation technology for ammonia nitrogen removal from slightly polluted surface water,a kind of nitrobacteria was isolated from surface water and identified using 16 SrDNA technology.Then two kinds of immobilization method for isolated nitrobacteria were applied,and the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency of immobilized nitrobacteria particles was studied.The results showed that the isolated nitrobacterium strain was Bacillus sp.The application of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was suitable for nitrobacteria immobilization.The removal efficiency of immobilized nitrobacteria particles for ammonia nitrogen from slightly polluted surface water could reach 87.2%,and the residual ammonia nitrogen concentration was lower than ClassⅡstandard of"Environmental quality standards for surface water"(GB 3838-2002).
