【摘要】 制备了1种透明脱醇型单组分室温硫化硅酮密封胶,对原料选择与制备方法、各组分对胶的性能影响进行了分析测试。结果表明,选用多烷氧基封端聚硅氧烷、增塑剂、疏水气相白炭黑、自制有机钛催化剂A、偶联剂A、除水剂等配制的透明脱醇型RTV-1硅酮密封胶在外观、存储稳定、粘结性能等方面有良好表现,交联剂在该体系中作用不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prepared a transparent and dealcoholization type monocomponent room temperature vulcanized siliconeketone seal rubber,then made analysis and test of the effect of the raw material selection,the preparation methods,and the each component on the performance of the rubber.Results showed that the transparent and dealcoholization type room temperature vulcanized(RTV-1)silicone ketone seal rubber made by multiple alkoxy terminated polysiloxane,plasticizer,hydrophobic vapour phase white carbon black,homemade organic titanium catalyst A,coupling agent A,and dehydration agent,etc had good performance in appearance,storage stability and bond properties,moreover crosslinking agent did not work well in the system.更多还原
