【摘要】 目的探讨长春瑞滨+顺铂(NP)方案加局部姑息放疗治疗鼻咽癌(NPC)的疗效。方法选择2014年2月—2016年1月收治的NPC患者70例,按照治疗方法分为对照组31例及观察组39例。对照组采用单纯局部姑息放疗治疗,观察组采用NP方案联合局部姑息放疗。治疗4个疗程后评估2组疾病控制率,3年的生存率及毒性作用发生情况。结果观察组疾病控制率、总生存率、无局部区域复发生存率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组白细胞减少及恶心呕吐发生率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 NPC患者接受NP方案联合局部姑息放疗治疗能够有效改善其疾病控制率,提高3年总生存率及无局部区域复发生存率,但毒性作用会有所增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Vinorelbine and Cisplatin( NP) combined with local palliative radiotherapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma( NPC). Methods A total of 70 NPC patients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to January 2016 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group was given local palliative radiotherapy alone. The observation group was given NP regimen combined with local palliative radiotherapy. After 4 courses of treatment,disease control rate,3-year survival rate,occurrence of toxic effect in both groups were evaluated. Results The disease control rate,overall survival rate and local recurrence-free survival( RFS) rate of observation group was significantly higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of leukopenia,nausea and vomiting was significantly higher in observation group than in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of NP regimen combined with local palliative radiotherapy in NPC patients can effectively improve their disease control rate,improve 3-year overall survival rate and local RFS rate.
