【摘要】 超声内镜是集内镜检查和超声扫描于一体的技术，对消化道隆起病变组织的来源、定位、类型及性质的判断具有重要价值，在胰胆管等疾病探查中具有较高的灵敏度、安全性及有效性，同时可协助消化道狭窄、门静脉高压的早期诊断及肿瘤分期，是诊断消化系统疾病的重要手段，并对治疗方案的选择具有指导意义。超声内镜在成人领域已有较广泛的应用，但在儿童消化系统疾病的诊治应用较少。本文就超声内镜在儿童消化系统疾病中的诊治价值及研究进展进行综述，以期提高儿科医师对超声内镜的认识和对儿科消化系统疾病的诊治水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Endoscopic ultrasound is a technology that integrates endoscopic examination and ultrasound scanning, which has significant value in determining the origin, location, type, and nature of elevated lesions in the digestive tract. It demonstrates high sensitivity, safety, and effectiveness in exploring diseases such as pancreatic and biliary ducts,and can assist in the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal stenosis and portal hypertension, as well as tumor staging, serving as an important diagnostic tool for gastrointestinal diseases and providing guidance for treatment planning. Although endoscopic ultrasound has been widely applied in adult fields, its use in pediatric gastrointestinal disease diagnosis and treatment is less common. This article reviews the diagnostic value and research progress of endoscopic ultrasound in pediatric gastrointestinal diseases to enhance pediatric physicians’ understanding of endoscopic ultrasound and improve their proficiency in diagnosing and treating pediatric gastrointestinal diseases.更多还原
