磷脂的合成研究进展

【摘要】 天然磷脂是生物膜的主要成分,几乎存在于所有有机体细胞。磷脂分为甘油磷脂与鞘磷脂,它们分别由甘油和鞘氨醇构成。甘油磷脂的主要成分是磷脂酰胆碱和磷脂酰乙醇胺,人们已经从大豆和蛋黄中分离提取出了这些磷脂,并应用于食品和医药等行业。市场需求增加,使提取天然磷脂已不能满足需求,合成磷脂技术应运而生。本文介绍了二硬脂酸甘油磷脂酰胆碱和二硬脂酸甘油磷脂酰乙醇胺的合成路线,这些合成路线也可作为合成其它磷脂的参考。

【Abstract】 Natural phospholipids, which are the main components of biofilm, can be found in almost all cells. Phospholipids can be divided into two classes, they are phosphoglycerides and sphingolipids. Phosphoglycerides are composed of glycerol, and sphingolipids are composed of sphingosine. The main components of phosphoglycerides are phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, which have been extracted from soy and egg yolk. Phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine are widely used in food, pharmaceutical and other industries. With the increasing market demand, the natural phospholipids that have been separated and extracted can no longer meet the market demand, and synthetic phospholipid technology has emerged as the times require. The synthetic routes of 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphorylcholine(DSPC) and 1,2-dioctadecanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine(DSPE) were mainly introduced, and it can also be used as a reference for the synthesis of other phospholipids.
