Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗色素增加性皮肤病疗效分析

【摘要】 目的分析Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗色素增加性皮肤病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2009~2013年收治的60例色素增加性皮肤病患者,均予以Q开关Nd:YAG激光(1064nm,532nm波长)治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果本组患者不同病种的治疗有效率均在96%以上,除毛表皮痣之外的其他病种治愈率均在50%以上。本组患者中的老年斑、雀斑、雀斑样痣及太田痣临床治疗均为痊愈与显效,综合疗效明显优于其他病种(P<0.05)。多数患者治疗后有轻微疼痛感,但均可在不用药情况下承受。另外,本组患者中43例治疗后有轻微渗血、水泡、肿胀、红斑现象,对症处理后均得到缓解。治疗后4例患者(6.7%)有短期的色素沉着现象,1例色素减退(1.7%),治疗后3~6个月恢复正常。结论 Q开关Nd:YAG激光用于色素增加性皮肤病临床治疗中,综合效果满意,安全性高,黄褐斑和毛表皮痣效果相对欠佳。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the Q switch Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of hyperpigmentation clinical skin disease. Methods 60 cases of patients with pigment skin diseases in our hospital from 2009~2013, were treated with Q switched Nd:YAG laser(wavelength 1064 nm, 532nm) treatment, to observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Results the treatment in this group of patients with different disease effective rate was more than 96%, other diseases besides waxing epidermal nevus cure rates are above 50%. This group of patients age spots, freckles, lentiginous nevus of Ota and clinical treatment were cured and markedly effective, comprehensive effect is better than the other diseases(P < 0.05). The majority of patients after treatment with slight pain, but in no case can bear. In addition, the group 43 cases after treatment with mild bleeding, swelling, erythema, blisters, were relieved after symptomatic treatment. After the treatment of 4 patients(6.7%) had short-term pigmentation phenomenon, 1 cases of hypopigmentation(1.7%), 3~6 months after treatment returned to normal. Conclusion Q switch Nd:YAG laser used in clinical treatment of pigmented skin diseases, comprehensive satisfactory effect, high safety, chloasma and hairy epidermal nevus effect is relatively poor.
