【摘要】 运用工业工程项目管理方法并在区分翻译项目管理和翻译管理的基础上对翻译管理流程进行了分析描述,给出了两者的定义以及不同的资质要求,并对整个翻译管理流程进行了界定,以期在项目运作过程中不断得到改进。同时以一个翻译项目为案例,对具体的管理流程进行了明晰化处理,使之更具可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on distinguishing translation project management from translation management,the translation management process is described analytically by applying the project management method of industrial engineering.The both definitions and different qualification requirements are given.The whole process of translation management is defined so as to improve continuously the process of project operations.Meanwhile,taking a translation project as an example the detailed management process is explicated so that the process is more available.更多还原
