某气田天然气集气站噪声危害治理技术应用研究

【摘要】 天然气压缩机、空冷器等机械设备是天然气集气站的关键设备。其运行过程中产生的高强度噪声,既对附近居民的正常生活造成一定干扰,又给站内职工的健康带来一定危害。以某气田天然气集气站噪声治理工程为实例,分析了集气站各噪声源的噪声频谱特性,设计了集吸隔声、消声、通风优化于一体的噪声综合治理整体解决方案。该项目最终取得了良好的降噪效果,达到了治理目标,为同类型天然气集气站的噪声治理提供了借鉴,具有较为普遍的参考意义。

【Abstract】 Mechanical equipment such as natural gas compressors and air coolers are key equipment in natural gas gathering stations. The high intensity noise generated during its operation not only causes certain interference to the normal lives of nearby residents,but also brings certain harm to the health of employees in the station. Taking the noise control project of a natural gas gathering station in a gas field as an example,this paper analyzes the noise spectrum characteristics of various noise sources in the gathering station,and designs a comprehensive noise control solution that integrates sound absorption and insulation,noise elimination,and ventilation optimization. The project ultimately achieved good noise reduction effects and achieved the governance objectives,providing a reference for the noise management of similar natural gas gathering stations,with a relatively universal reference significance.
