3种湿度对梓木木材性能的影响

【摘要】 为分析湿度对梓木(Catalpa ovata)木材表面和内部变化的影响机制,以梓木木材为研究对象,采用红外光谱和X射线衍射测定木材表面的化学组成变化和结晶度变化,研究不同湿度条件对梓木木材增重率、表面颜色和内部形貌的影响。结果表明,随时间增加,60%RH条件下,梓木试样细胞结构因失水发生轻微萎缩变形,梓木试样颜色因失水导致的OH减少而变亮。85%RH和95%RH条件下,梓木试样细胞结构吸湿胀大,排列整齐;相对结晶度增加,发生半纤维素水解,少量木质素降解;发色基团(苯环和C=O)及助色基团(OH)均增加,使梓木试样明度降低;95%RH条件下试样明度降低明显。在较大湿度条件下梓木试样主要发生半纤维素的水解变化。

【Abstract】 To analyze influence mechanism of humidity on surface and internal changes of Catalpa ovata wood,taking C. ovata wood as experimental objects, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to determine changes of chemical composition and crystallinity degree on wood surface. Effects of different humidity conditions on weight gain rate, surface color and internal morphology of C. ovata wood were analyzed. Results showed that with increase of time, under 60% RH condition, cell structures of C. ovata samples were slightly shrunken and deformed due to water loss, and color of C. ovata samples was brightened due to reduction of auxochromic group(OH) caused by water loss. Under 85%RH and 95%RH conditions, cell structures of C. ovata samples expanded due to moisture absorption, exhibiting organized arrangement. Relative crystallinity degree increased, leading to hemicellulose hydrolysis and limited lignin degradation. Chromophoric groups(benzene rings and C=O) along with OH increased, resulting in decrease in brightness. Brightness reduction was particularly pronounced under 95%RH condition. C. ovata samples mainly underwent hemicellulose hydrolysis changes under higher humidity conditions.
