基于PC/104的武器接口模拟设备设计与研制
Design and development of weapon interface simulator based on PC/104
【摘要】 基于某型号发射控制系统电气半实物验证子系统的研发要求,设计、研制了一种硬件集成度高、接口丰富、控制实时性强的武器接口模拟设备。以PC/104总线为基础,通过串口、以太网、1553B、CAN总线等通讯接口实现与发控设备通信连接。包含电源信号采样功能,对多路电源实现监控功能。搭载Vxworks操作系统,以较小内核体积满足系统对通信、控制实时性的要求,满足模拟某型号导弹的接口要求。实际应用表明,该系统工作性能良好,可靠性高,实时性强,达到了研制要求。
【Abstract】 Based on the R&D requirements of the electrical semi-physical verification subsystem of a certain type of launch control system, a weapon interface simulation device with high hardware integration,rich interface and real-time control is designed and developed. Based on the PC/104 bus,communication connection with the control device through serial port,Ethernet,1553 B,CAN bus and other communication interfaces. It includes power signal sampling function to realize monitoring function for multiple power supplies. It is equipped with Vxworks operating system to meet the requirements of the system for communication and control real-time with a small kernel volume,and meets the interface requirements for simulating a certain type of missile. The practical application shows that the system has good working performance, high reliability and strong real-time performance, which meets the development requirements.
