β修正-ARS新光度法测定环境水铝

【摘要】 在pH8氨性溶液中,铝(Al3+)与茜素红S(ARS)反应,显色液由紫红色转桔黄色。本文研究β修正新光度法测定痕量铝,该方法可将反应液中剩余ARS干扰消除,β修正吸光度(Aβ)与Al浓度在0~25μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,且分析灵敏度高。实验表明,RSD≤2.9%,加标回收率91.9~109%,铝最低检测浓度0.024mgL-1。方法适合于环境水中痕量铝测定。

【Abstract】 in PHS solution Aluminum (Al3+) can react with Alizarine Red S (ARS) to change the solution from violet-red to yellow. In this paper P corretion new spectrophotometry was studied to determine trace Al in environmental water.It can eliminate the effect of the excess ARS for in such a colored solution to make P correction absorbance (AP)linear with Al concentration and to increase the analytical sensitivity. Experiments for waters showed that RSD ≤2. 9 % and the recovery was beween 91. 1-109 %. The minimum determination concentration of Al is only 0. 024mg/L.
