基于生物大数据平台的CBL教学法在医学超声影像学中的应用
Application of CBL teaching method based on biological big data platform in medical ultrasonic imaging
【摘要】 大数据、互联网等信息化技术的高速发展,为超声医学教育的改革及传承注入了新动力,并带来了新的发展机遇。我院生物大数据平台已历经5年的探索、创新、发展与沉淀,由临床、病理、影像、基因等多个学科体系交叉融合构成,基于生物大数据平台与案例教学法(Case-based learning,CBL)的深度融合,可作为一种新的教学方法引入医学高等教育体系中。该应用研究通过分析CBL教学法的特点并结合生物大数据平台的优势,旨在通过对医学超声影像学传统授课模式的不足进行补充改进,进而达到优化医学超声影像学的教学效果。
【Abstract】 The rapid development of information technology such as big data and Internet has ushered in a new opportunity for reform and inheritance of ultrasound medical education. Biological big data platform has experienced five years of exploration,innovation,development and precipitation in our hospital. It consists of the cross-integration of clinical,pathological,imaging,genetic and other disciplines. The integration of biological big data platform and case-based learning(CBL)may be introduced into the higher medical education system as a new educational approach. By analyzing the characteristics of the CBL and combining the advantages of the biological big data,this paper offers some ideas to improvethe defects of the traditional teaching mode of medical ultrasound imaging,in order to further optimize the teaching quality of this course.
