【Abstract】 Acute ankle injury,as a common clinical exercise injury,has a relatively high outpatient admission rate. However,many patients in the early stage of acute injury did not get timely,effective and reasonable treatment and developed into old injury,thus bringing a lot of inconvenience to life. In view of the current international popular ice compress therapy for acute ankle joint injury,this article raises objection and provides relevant treatment experience of hot compress therapy for academic discussion.更多还原
