农户禀赋、经营规模对秸秆资源化利用的影响——基于吉林省公主岭市的微观数据

【摘要】 结合吉林省公主岭市152户农户的实地调查数据,基于农户行为理论,运用二元Logit模型对农户秸秆资源化利用行为进行分析。研究发现:农户年龄、务农劳动力比重、户主是否为全职农户、家庭兼业化程度、块均耕地面积、秸秆专业收购点和秸秆资源化利用相关的企业对农户秸秆资源化利用行为均有显著影响;全职农户逐渐向兼业1型农户(农业收入占总收入比重高于50%、小于90%)和兼业2型农户(农业收入占总收入比重高于10%、小于50%)转型的过程中,对秸秆资源化利用行为的制约将会逐步加剧;受土地细碎化的制约,总耕地面积并不与块均耕地面积产生的效应相一致。据此,政府应对不同农户类型实行差异化的技术指导和扶持、促进土地连片流转,改善机械作业条件以及强化农户需求侧导向,完善秸秆资源化利用市场条件。

【Abstract】 Based on the farmer’s behavior theory and the field survey data of 152 households in Gongzhuling city, Jilin province, the behavior of straw recycling was analyzed by using binary Logit model. The results showed that the age of farmers, the proportion of agricultural labor force, whether the head of the household is a full-time farmer, the degree of family part-time employment, the area of fast average arable land, the professional purchasing point of straw and the enterprises related to straw recycling all have significant influence on the behavior of straw recycling. In the process of transition from full-time farmers to part-time farmers(the proportion of agricultural income in the total income is higher than 50%, less than 90%) and part-time farmers(the proportion of agricultural income in the total income is higher than 10%, less than 50%), the restrictions on the straw utilization behavior will be gradually intensified. Restricted by land fragmentation, the total cultivated land area was not consistent with the effect of the average cultivated land area. In the short term, the government should implement differentiated technical guidance and support for different types of farmers, promote land continuous circulation, improve mechanical operation conditions and strengthen farmers’ demand-side guidance, and improve the market conditions for straw resource utilization.
