【摘要】 各国的政府办公用房面积指标一般在相关的建设标准中规定,通过文献查阅和资料翻译,将我国的《党政机关办公用房建设标准》与加拿大的《加拿大政府工作场所2.0装修标准》及《办公室接待和场所服务框架》、德国的《最高联邦机关办公大楼建设标准》、日本的《新建一般政府办公建筑面积确定标准》等文件规定的政府办公用房面积指标进行比较研究,分析差异,总结经验,提出了针对我国政府办公用房面积指标确定方面的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Area index of governmental office buildings is ruled in construction standards. By the field investigation and literature review,the paper makes a comparison of government office area index among China, Canada, Germany and Japan. The research materials are from building standards of governmental office buildings of China, workplace_20MANUAL GCPedia of Canada, The Office Building Standard of Supreme Federation of Germany, The Standard for Determination the Areas of New General Governmental Buildings of Japan.
