【摘要】 基于内蒙古470户牧户样本数据,运用机会成本法对禁牧补助标准进行了估算。估算结果表明:阿拉善左旗、四子王旗、陈巴尔虎旗三个旗县禁牧补助标准的估算结果分别为7.77元/亩、5.97元/亩、10.90元/亩,三个旗县禁牧补助标准的估算结果的平均值为8.21元/亩,三个旗县实际禁牧补助标准的平均值为5.92元/亩,估算标准比实际标准高2.29元/亩。基于以上研究结果,文中认为实际禁牧补助标准存在偏低,并且需要在不同地区之间做出调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using sample data of 470 herdsmen in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the method of opportunity cost to calculate the subsidies for grazing prohibition. Calculation results indicate that rate calculation results of " subsidies for grazing prohibition" are 7. 77 CNY/mu for Alxa Left Banner,5. 97 CNY/mu for Siziwang Banner and 10. 90 CNY/mu for Old Barag Banner. The average calculation rate for " subsidies for grazing prohibition" in three banners is 8. 21 CNY/mu,it is 2. 29 CNY/mu higher than the average actual rate,which is 5. 92 CNY/mu. Based on study result,we conclude that actual rate for " subsidies for grazing prohibition" should been increased and adjusted in different region.更多还原
