【摘要】 随着经济社会的发展,产业园区将从"规模化园区"时代逐步走向"功能化园区"时代。文章对文化产业园区建设的发展趋势进行分析,阐述了全产业链下的文化产业园区规划设计策略,并结合广西文化产业城的规划实践,从资源优势与产业选择、功能分区、项目设置、用地布局和交通组织等方面出发,对上下联动和横向扩展的全产业链,以及以市场化为主导、以公益性项目为辅的开发运营模式进行探索,希望能为其他产业园区的规划建设提供借鉴。更多还原
