【Abstract】 The progress in mainland of China in last 20 years have been reviewed. In the first part, the rapid increase in funding support, the expanding and the generation replacement of researchers, increase in academic impact are outlined. Then the National Scientific Awards and porgress in technology in polymer areas have been summarized. The examples in fundamental research have been highlighted, which is the main part of the review. All these reflect the leap development of polymer science in mainland of china in last 20 years.更多还原
