【摘要】 目的观察自拟健脾补肾止血方治疗脾肾两虚血瘀型崩漏的临床疗效。方法对中医辨证属脾肾两虚血瘀型崩漏的40例患者口服自拟健脾补肾止血方水煎剂,观察其临床疗效。结果 40例中治愈31例,显效3例,好转3例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%。结论中药自拟健脾补肾止血方治疗脾肾两虚血瘀型崩漏,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and kidney to stop bleeding decoction on the spleen - kidney deficient syndrome and the blood stasis syndrome of flooding and spotting. Methords 40 patients,diagnosed as the spleen -kidney deficient syndrome and the blood stasis syndrome of flooding and spotting,were treated with the decoction of invigorating spleen and kidney to stop bleeding. Results 31 patients convalesced.This treatment was effective in 3 patients.The syndrome was alleviated in 3 patients.This treatment was invalid in 3 patients.The total effective rate reached to 92.5%.Conclusion The decoction of invigorating spleen and kidney to stop bleeding decoction is effective in treatment with the spleen - kidney deficient syndrome and the blood stasis syndrome of flooding and spotting.更多还原
