毛细管电泳检测醛酮物质在气态-颗粒态中的分布
Capillary Electrophoresis Was Used to Detect the Distribution of Aldehydes and Ketones in Gas-particle States
【摘要】 采用衍生法,使用了Denuder-Filter取样体系,同时收集在大气环境质量中的气态和颗粒态醛酮化合物,然后再以2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的构造类似物,2,4-二硝基苯胺(DNAN)为模板分子制成带有特异识别性的磁性分子印迹有机聚合物(MMIPs),并用于去除在取样过程中过量的衍生物DNPH,从而减少样品干扰。并通过毛细管电泳法对已进行了纯化浓缩后的试样进行了定性与定量分析,从而对醛酮物质在不同大气环境下的分布变化及其规律进行了研究。结果显示,取样点的醛酮产物污染条件基本符合了当前的大气污染特点,且主要为食物来源。其中15种醛酮化学物质在大气环境中的分配比例最一致,平均气粒比为0.34,表明醛酮化学物质大多均匀分布于气粒子相中。乙酮、异戊醛、乙醇丙酮则为含量最大的三类物质,约为总醛酮化学物质的70%。
【Abstract】 Using the derivative method, the gaseous and particulate aldehydes or ketones were collected by the Denuder-Filter sampling device at the same time.Additionally, 2,4-dinitroaniline(DNAN) was synthesized with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) as a template molecule to prepare a specifically recognizable magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer(MMIPs) for removing excess derivatization DNPH during sampling and reducing background interference.. The results show that the pollution characteristics of aldehydes and ketones in sampling sites belong to the characteristics of air pollution in villages, mainly biological sources.Among them, 15 kinds of aldehydes and ketones compounds in the atmosphere distribution ratio is stable, the average gas ratio of 0.34, indicating that aldehydes and ketones compounds are mainly distributed in the particulate phase. Acetaldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, acetone is the highest concentration of these pollutants,accounting for about 70 % of the total aldehydes and ketones.
