【Abstract】 In EIA of industrial construction project,the environmental rationality of site selection depends on not only city planning compatibility,the continued use of resources,public participation and other factors,but also hygienic buffer zone reachability which is an essential factor as well.Reasonable determination of hygienic buffer zone can effectively prevent pollution spread,and reduce pollution influence.This article mainly analyzes the solution of insufficient hygienic buffer zone in industrial enterprise reconstruct and extension environmental impact assessment.更多还原
