【Abstract】 Price index is used to adjust the changes in cost in standard construction contract conditions,which is the embodiment of the principle of contract fairness.Due to the erroneousunderstanding for variables in the adjustment formulaof construction contract conditions,the principle of contract fairnesshas lost in some of the relevant literature and application process.This paper analyzes the selection of fixed value weight A and variable value weight Bi,price adjustment basementP0,adjustable factor and the meaning of price index F in the formula.A further explanation is made by changing the form of the adjustment formula for cost changes.更多还原
