叠合楼板构件施工关键技术研究
Research on Key Technologies of Stack Floor Component Construction
【摘要】 随着叠合楼板构件的广泛使用,相对于传统现浇楼板来说施工更为方便快捷,改善了传统粗放型施工方法中复杂混乱施工程序以及劳动力消耗大、管理不当等问题,但对于施工技术就稍显乏力。施工过程中对于要点把控不足,管理不到位,难免会造成返工、维修或者完成后观感质量较差等现象。本文从构件安装过程要点进行分析总结,得出构件施工过程中的重点以及难点,并对难点提出解决方案,且均在实际项目中进行应用,并对应用效果进行分析总结。
【Abstract】 With the widespread use of overlapping floor components,construction is more convenient and fast compared to traditional paddling floor plates,and improves the complex chaos and chaotic construction procedures in traditional extensive construction methods,large labor consumption,improper management,etc.,construction technology is slightly fatigue.During the construction process,insufficient control and inadequate management will inevitably cause phenomena such as rework,maintenance or poor view after completion.This article analyzes and summarizes from the main points of the component installation process,obtains the focus and difficulties in the construction process of the component,and proposes solutions to the difficulty points,it is applied to the actual projects,and the application effect is analyzed and summarized.
