【摘要】 基于绩效的保障式合同(PBC)改变了传统的售后服务,要求供应商建立以可得性为核心的新型服务模式,负责从提供设备到设备售后保障的全生命周期的供应链服务。论文以设备可靠性和服务备件库存为决策变量,引入库存共享策略,构建了基于PBC的一体化研发制造和售后服务的全生命周期的模型,结果表明模型有效降低了企业的库存成本,激励了供应商可靠性的提升,实现了总运营成本的节约。该模型总运营成本的节约效果受到产品价值和项目持续时间的影响。随着产品价值的提高,可靠性提升效果逐步下降,成本节约效果逐步减少。随着项目持续时间的变长,可靠性的提升效果增加,成本节约效果逐步明显。论文的研究论证了可靠性提升、备件库存、库存共享可以分别作为企业售后备件供应链运营策略优化的长期、中期和短期的选择,为企业构建全生命周期的竞争优势提供了有益的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional aftersales service model has been changed by the PBC contract, which implies the supplier should establish the total life cycle service supply chain from product to service to achieve the performance.In PBC model, performance is guaranteed by the parts availability. By introducing product reliability and service parts inventory as the two decision variable, the integrated PBC model which provide incentive for the product reliability improvement and decrease inventory level has shown its advantage in total operation cost saving. Furthermore, inventory pooling as a useful practical strategy in service parts management is also proved to be efficient. But the cost saving is affected by the product value and total life cycle time. With the increasing product value, the incentive is weaken while the inventory role is strengthening. With the long total life cycle time, the incentive and the inventory role are obvious. As a result, the model provides product reliability improvement, service parts inventory management and inventory pooling as three operational strategies from long term to short term to guide the practice in aftersales service supply chain under PBC.更多还原
