离子色谱法测定降水中阴离子的实验教学设计

【摘要】 随着仪器设备的快速发展,现代监测技术实践也急需现代化改革。本实验利用带IonPac AS23离子交换柱的离子色谱仪,依据待测阴离子的浓度与其电导率之关联,标准曲线法定量测定降水中7种阴离子。主要包括实验设计的原理、目的、主要内容和考核目标等,同时探索了如淋洗液浓度、流速和柱温等实验条件,以及实验方法精密度和准确度评价。通过实际实验实施,激发了学生学习热情和兴趣,巩固了离子色谱法测定的有关基本理论知识,利于学生创新能力和科学素养的培养。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of instruments and equipment, modern monitoring technology practice is also in urgent need of modernization reform. The ion chromatograph with IonPac AS23 ion exchange column is used to quantitatively determine seven kinds of anions in precipitation by standard curve method according to the correlation between the concentration of anions and their electrical conductivity. This study mainly includes the principle, purpose, main content and assessment objectives of experimental design, and explores experimental conditions such as eluent concentration, flow rate and column temperature, as well as the evaluation of the precision and accuracy of this method. Through practical experimental implementation, students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning are stimulated, and the basic theoretical knowledge about ion chromatography determination is consolidated, which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ innovation ability and scientific literacy.
