阿奇霉素联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗在小儿支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果

【摘要】 目的 分析阿奇霉素联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗在小儿支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2024年1月遵义市第一人民医院收治的80例小儿支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用沙丁胺醇的雾化吸入治疗。对比两组患儿的临床疗效、症状改善时间、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组发热、喘息、咳嗽改善时间均短于对照组,降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 阿奇霉素联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入疗法在治疗小儿支原体肺炎方面展现出了确切有效的治疗效果,可加快症状改善,减轻炎症反应,安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of azithromycin combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Zunyi City First People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the observation group was treated with salbutamol aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect, symptom improvement time, inflammatory factor level and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than77.50% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment, the improvement time of fever, wheezing and cough in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the levels of procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,and the difference was no statistically significant(P >0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation therapy in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia has shown a definite and effective therapeutic effect, can accelerate the improvement of symptoms, reduce inflammation, safe and reliable.
