天竺桂叶精油抗氧化活性的体外评价

【摘要】 目的测定评价天竺桂叶精油(CJO)的抗氧化活性。方法以水蒸汽蒸馏法提取CJO,采用还原铁离子体系、二苯代苦肼自由基(DPPH.)体系、羟基自由基体系、抗脂质体过氧化体系等体外测定评价该精油的抗氧化活性。结果较高浓度的天竺桂叶精油表现出一定的还原力,其清除DPPH.自由基、羟基自由基的半效应浓度分别为23.29,1.45mg/mL;15mg/mL浓度时对卵磷脂质体过氧化的抑制率>50%。结论 CJO有一定的抗氧化活性。

【Abstract】 Objective To determinate and evaluate the antioxidant activities of the essential oil from Cinnamomum japonicum leaves(CJO).Methods CJO was extracted by steam distillation,and its antioxidant activities were investigated by the methods in vitro of reducing power systems,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging systems,hydroxyl radical scavenging systems,lipid peroxidation inhibiting systems.Results The higher concentration CJO showed stronger reducing power and antioxidant potencies,its semi-effective concentration(EC50) of DPPH and hydroxyl radicals scavenging were about 23.29 mg/mL,1.45 mg/mL respectively,and at 15 mg/mL the inhibition rate of anti-lipid peroxidation was above 50%.Conclusion CJO had some antioxidant activity.
