【摘要】 目的 探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合奥司他韦治疗小儿流行性感冒的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年3月郓城县人民医院接诊的110例流行性感冒患儿，按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组55例。对照组应用奥司他韦，研究组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合奥司他韦治疗，比较两组症状改善时间、炎症指标及治疗效果。结果 研究组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间均短于对照组（P <0.05）。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗后研究组患儿炎症指标均低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合奥司他韦治疗小儿流行性感冒能够改善临床症状，减轻炎症反应，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid combined with Oseltamivir in the treatment of pediatric influenza. Methods A total of 110 children with influenza in Yuncheng County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Oseltamivir, while the study group was treated with Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid combined with Oseltamivir. The symptom improvement time, inflammatory index and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The antipyretic time,the disappearance time of cough, nasal obstruction and running nose in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The overall response rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment, the inflammatory indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid combined with Oseltamivir treating pediatric influenza can improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammation reaction, which is worth promoting.更多还原
