锂电池材料制造过程质量控制的新思路

【摘要】 锂电池材料行业是全球产业竞争最激烈的行业之一,属于《中国制造2025》新能源、新能源汽车、新材料三大战略性新兴产业的重点发展领域。锂电池材料的过程质量控制要求精细,其微小差别和制造工艺不可控是导致锂电池电芯性能不一致的重要因素。提出了过程质量控制数字化与标准化相结合的新思路,以更有效地提高产品一致性和批次稳定性,达到降本增效的目的。如何控制材料的过程质量已经成为国内锂电池材料行业面临的一个非常重要的问题。该文通过对锂电池材料制造过程质量控制的思路、主要内容和应用场景等进行了分析。

【Abstract】 Lithium battery material industry is one of the most competitive industries in the global industry.It belongs to the key development areas of the three strategic emerging industries of "Made in China 2025" : new energy,new energy vehicles and new materials.The process quality control of lithium battery materials requires fine quality control.The minor differences and uncontrollable manufacturing process are important factors leading to the inconsistency of the performance of lithium battery batteries.A new idea of combining digitalization and standar-dization of process quality control is put forward to improve product consistency and batch stability more effectively and achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.How to control the process quality of materials has become a very important problem faced by domestic lithium battery materials industry.In this paper,the ideas,main contents and application scenarios of quality control in the manufacturing process of lithium battery materials are analyzed.
